Denied give dea surface missions

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds the ability to partake in surface missions like what CI,Nu-7 and goc have.
Could have same missions as nu7 so they work together or have it separate completely

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I did a simple search and i did not see any and I'm assuming it has not.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More For DEA to do when nothing going on.
More enjoyment on surface overall.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If DEA missions are NOT separate fromNu-7 could be a lot more difficult to compete against.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Should be accepted because when nothing to do on surface, no relations to maintain and safe and stable site with no ci raiding a surface mission would be nice.
And if you are currently in Nu-7 regiment and are on DEA and nu7 get a mission the DEA get the mission prompt so sometimes DEA partake anyways so, not bad idea to give all of them the rights to missions!
Also sometimes missions are uncontested so this is more chance for more friendly battle.
