Give department CL4+ access to /ets comms

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Grant /ets comms access to consultants, executives, special agents, DoR, DoM etc. [EDIT: or just sr cl4 as has been suggested] Gives the department leaders a discrete way to call for techie support to fix doors/terminals in their offices without having to use /comms

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No 😡

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
gives a direct line of communication between cl4s and techies when their terminals are broken in spawn
techies get something to do and can help foster rp between ets and other departments
while ets department is considered to mostly be made up of minges I almost never see /ets comms be used for other than its intended purpose(on US), improving ets reputation if various department leaders can see serious techie gameplay

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
might be redundant as they can just use normal comms however we are seldom called on /comms and it can easily be drowned out by other chatter

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I often find terminals broken in cl4+ offices without any callouts to fix it, i feel like giving them access will help with techies getting to rp with other departments and improve relations as /ets is mostly used by 'serious' tech experts

I don't see why people are so against this? Seems like a fairly simple change that saves time for most people.
We should also make /medical, /research and /a1 available to senior CL4s for the same reasons, then.
Not really because what private or sensitive information is discussed in tech expert comms as opposed to A-1 or Research

Containment engineering, requests from Site Administration, and IT security
Requests from Site Admin aren't exactly confidential. CL4 would have access to containment engineering information anyway, and I have no clue what IT Security is and I've never seen someone speak about it since September when I first got access to the Comms, same goes for containment engineering.
