Partially Accepted Give Orange Suit and ERT Hacking Tool

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds hacking tool to Orange Suit and ERT loadout.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I couldn't find anything.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Allows for both to assist with 079 breaches.
- Means O-Suit won't get stuck when assisting with Foundation breaches.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Makes O-Suit and ERT stronger (?)/allows them to assist with raids (they do this anyway).

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- QoL change

orange suit yes, it should have it. ERT idk, feels a bit overkill to have 9 guys with hacking devices just in case 079 breaches
maybe make it only one of the specific slots (similar to how each ERT slot gets a unique gun, maybe do that with the hacking devices?)

Its not just 079, hacking into enemy bases to retrieve SCPs is a common scenario on the US site. From a RP perspective it'd make sense for ERT to come in prepared for any possibility, and for balancing its basically just a QoL improvement.

Having just one of the slots have it would be fine, too. They already have different loadouts, sounds good.

If ERT needs to RC 079 it likely means dispensers are down and therefore no one can get te5s to rc him. I think letting ert get te5 or allow a chance like keypads for the item you want to be dispensed or a random item be dispensed. That or an item in the cc like aa where a te5 can be picked up once every five minutes or something like that

9 is still very overkill imo. And thats considering if dispensers are down

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.
The Content Team has chosen to partially accept your suggestion for the following reasons.

We agree that ERT should be given the TE-5 tool as it would be used to recontain 079 when dispensers are unavaliable.

However, we do not believe that GOC Orange Suits should be given one due to the fact that the suit should be more used as an offensive/defensive job.
