Denied Give Response Unit level 3 keycard

Currently Response unit cant really do its job when helping out with a code 5, mainly because it doesn't have access to armory or a lot of the gates in heavy, i suggest you give him a level 3 card. If this is OP make the minimum level to play Response unit something like combat level 15 and overall level 30

SRU only either stations D-Block or patrols site primarily for C1s, depending on loadout

they are separate jobs that do separate things, locked behind licenses. they should have the clearance to match.

For the love of god please. SRU needs CL 3, can't even access armories as a licensed job. SRU is also supposed to be patrolling around, needing another CL 3 escort to go into HCZ is pain. This will make SCU the better pick for dealing with SCP's while SRU is the better pick for patrols and dealing with D-Block.

If SRU gets CL 3, up the level requirement.
