Give SCP-999 Emotes they can do instead of blankly staring

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Lets SCP-999 players display more personality while playing
Lets players who play 999 do actions when interacting with people in an rp setting than moving side to side or around or just press play


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Possible minging of players playing 999?
Effort needed to animate and implement the changes

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The positives would out weight the negatives in my opinion

Sure - This would probably need appropriate animations to be created for the 999 skeleton and then either adjustments to either 999 or even just its SWEP to let it use them as anyone else would C-menu emotes.

It's a minor thing, however 999 is a fixture on the server as both an SCP that is ever-present around the site and an entry-level role for players joining the server, so it would make sense to give 999 a little more like this sort of thing that adds a little more to the environment and for the player playing 999, all without any real gameplay implications. For those reasons, I feel that pursuing this is reasonably justified.
