Denied Give tech experts TE-5's and CL4 access.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It only makes sense if techies had TE-5's and access to SCP-079. Computers are very technical and only a person who understands technical stuff can fix that problem which is the tech experts.

It would be very realistic just like real life
Extra RP for Tech experts

Possible risk of tech experts abusing the TE-5

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Altough the risk are there but it only makes sense a technician would know how to fix a rogue computer.

Why do they need this? Why in any sense would tech experts be granted knowledge about a clearance 4 scp (Not knowledge base in UK), But also be the ones responsible to keeping it contained rather than E-11 the *Containment* specialists, or even the Security containment units.
