Content Suggestion Give TG Types the Gesture SWEP!!!

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
So TG Types can do cool gestures!!!
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
TG Types will be drippy with gestures
Because every other SCP has it
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
N/A
Based on the Positives; Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it doesn't seem fair for TG Types to not have any gestures to do when they are passively breached (targetting VERY specific people), AND to just do something besides materializing in their CC.

I get that these were cut down from loadouts because entity limit - But TGs are a very RP-heavy SCP and one of the few SCPs I have seen actively making use of the Gestures SWEP. Plus it's a paywalled SCP so it wouldn't be that much more ubiquitous and much of an issue entity limit-wise. They should at least get it in the interim between now and when gestures are folded into the C menu.
