What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
+ Adds a TE-5 (Hacking Device) to the UNGOC - Medic Job and UNGOC - Thaumatologist Job

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Makes sense, every other GOC job has it.
+ Makes sense cause CI Medic and TB has it.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- None, really.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall just a QoL and logic change, would make sense to add and I see no negatives to adding it.

On the contrary, why not? All the other jobs have hacking devices except these 2.

Hi @Second,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion. TE-5s may be dispensed from any dispenser. We also recently met with UNGOC command, where the TE-5 was not a suggested addition. CI raid more often, and are more combative than UNGOC, and the reasoning of "they have it" does not provide sound reason to add the TE-5 to those jobs.
