What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a set amount of XP the SCPs get when sampled
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes it a lot easier to get SCP XP, not requiring farming kills on low pop or spending literal dozens of hours on SCP in order to play something like SCU which needs a fraction of the time to actually know how to play and how to combat SCPs. (Keep in mind SCP XP isn't a req for E 11 yet it is for SCU so an argument saying it's needed to check knowledge is invalid just make it so they need to do a test.)
Will make a lot more people flag on for sampling which on bad days doesn't happen, it also encourages RP in that regard.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could mess with the SCP level req balance, since you'd be getting levels at a faster rate.
Could effect how many play SCP as some just do it for the levels.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The pros outweigh the cons as a lot of people end up giving up on SCU due to not wanting to put the insane hours into SCP roles when they don't want to wait 5 hours for a breach.
SCP RP is also a LOT funner and encouraged when you get some reward from it. Just like how D class get XP or Cadets for example.
