I have no clue how I would stop myself from receiving a unfair warning. I guess explain it better the moderator?

Why should you be unbanned:
My ban wasn't even justified, I literally got banned because I didn't kill the D-Class the instant I saw him because I am not allowed to stay at D-Block for longer then five minutes. It isn't my fault a incompetent staff member doesn't understand the rules of a specific SCP and automatically assumes that I am teaming, because I haven't killed someone of the opposite team as them the moment I see them as the slowest SCP. I literally do not see a single instance where I should be punished for trying to follow SCP-106 Camping rules. If he had given even 5 seconds longer, the D-Class that I was "teaming" with would've been killed/sent to the pocket.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
I know I won't break any other rules, because I literally did not break a rule in the first place.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
The server is fun, and I enjoy interacting with the community on the server.

Hello Glazzing,

I gave you the ban due to the situation that occured:
I was told by a TMod that you were ignoring D-Class and teaming with them while you were 106 so I begun to spectate you and saw the following occur:
You went through the door into outer d-block from the hallway, looked into the escort line area and saw a D-Class scout standing still staring at you, you then looked at him, turned around and left D-Block. I took you to a staff room and explained to you that this was against the rules and classed as FailRP due to the fact that SCP-106 is a sadistic entity who will capture and torture anyone who it can, also rule 6.3 states that "SCPs cannot team with any human; they can only work with other SCPs" - Attatched below is a clip that shows you very clearly breaking this rule.

I then checked your warnings and saw that you had 4 active warns for FailRP, which means that the punishment would be Class E FailRP (3 Day ban)

Hello Caeden,

I appreciate the fast response, however rule 6.03 states "6.03 SCP-106 Camping - SCP-106 is prohibited from camping his containment chamber or a checkpoint for more than 5 minutes, even if he is blocked off." I had already been in and around D-Block for more then 5 minutes, and was required to leave the area as it was considered camping. I get you might have never breached as an SCP before, but you are required to leave a set area after a maximum of five minutes, regardless of who is still left alive in that area. I understand that you may be newer player to the server, but these rules are unacceptable to be broken by an SCP, as it ruins the core gameplay of specific jobs.

You are quoting the rule of SCP-106 not being able to camp in areas, however in your original post you stated that

However in the clip provided by myself in my original response it shows very clearly you walking away from the d-class and trying to leave. You were not trying to get the d-class and given 5 seconds longer you would've been 5 seconds further away from him.

Well I was forced to leave D-Block as to not camp it for longer then five minutes, I'd thought that you would know that D-Class actively try to escape D-Block in attempts to reach other parts of the facility. I would've sent the D-Class to my pocket dimension as he was coming up to the door of D-Block, but instead you decided to put me in a sit and let the D-Class live.

Apologies for the last response, however after taking a look at your ban appeal I have come to the conclusion that you most definitely could've gotten this D-Class and gotten away with it regardless of the "5 minute" rule that you are referring to.

However, with this being said I do believe that the punishment given was a bit harsh however nonetheless the punishment will stay on your record as it's expired.
