Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have it was for FailRP. This was a terrible misunderstanding on my part, I was standing guard at the HCZ checkpoint with about 4-5 other E-11 and a RRT officer. I was under the impression that I cannot be FearRP'ed while they where out numbered but it seems I can be. I will not make that mistake again.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor? I'm applying for Site Advisor to assist the best I can preferably with medical as I have recently joined the medical team as a Consultant and am loving helping people out and assisting

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I feel that i’m the best pick for site advisor because on top of my large amount of CL4 experience i have a fair bit of CL5 experience I also have had the experience of both overseeing multiple departments and writing comprehensive reviews and reports on those departments while my time in ethics and a little bit as my time as DIA, I am also extremely active and when not on the server is available any time for questions or to hop on to solve a in game situation.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The job of a site advisor is to assist the site the director on his job of making sure his site works without problems be it from external or internal problems. The site advisor will be tasked with the documentation of departments plans, preparation, and protocol for the future and present. The site advisor may be directed by the site director, the ethics committee, and/or the 05 council on how to conduct these reviews or on implementing new or existing policies.

After being cloned 1,000 times the foundation got sick of him and had a group of MTF members beat him senseless they left burning his CL5 on the way out. Not so soon after a Agent going under the code name "Green" found him nearly at deaths' door but just in time brought him to the medical bay where he sat in a comma for 4 months. The following conversation was recorded on a near by CCTV camera:
Agent Green: Hello?
Mr Glupes: Where am I?
Guard 1: *whispers towards the man in the gray suit*
Agent Green: You can call me Agent Green, do you know where you are?
Mr Glupes: Well by the look of the room i say a hospital.
Agent Green: Do you know where you got that gash?
Mr Glupes: the one on my head? No.
Gray Suit Man: If he doesn't then give him a GENSEC role and get him trained, he'll be at home there.
Agent Green: Yes sir
*Suit Man and 2 guards leave*
Agent Green: when you feel good enough to work then see me in my office down in Personnel Wing.
Mr Glupes: Wait I still have so many questions.
Agent Green: Oh yeah almost forgot this. We need to get you a new one.
* Agent Green hands Glupes the burn ash of his card in a plastic bag*

*Glupes finishes eating and they walk through the halls of EZ*

Agent Green: I wanted to talk to you about how you got here.

Agent Green: No no, nothing like that you used to be a Ethics Member.
