- I have it was for FailRP. This was a terrible misunderstanding on my part, I was standing guard at the HCZ checkpoint with about 4-5 other E-11 and a RRT officer. I was under the impression that I cannot be FearRP'ed while they where out numbered but it seems I can be. I will not make that mistake again.

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- I'm applying to advance the medical community to bring it back to its roots of helping people and being active in the medical area of LCZ. I wanna help guide new and old Doctors to a better role of helping those who really need it.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I have both CL4 and CL5 experience. And as a both a O-1 and Ethics I'm well aware of the CoE and Coc. When I started my medical journey I had great teachers who taught me everything that I use today.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
- Electro Shock Therapy
Electro Shock Therapy is one of the most common special forms of treatment a doctor can preform and it works like this:
Step 1: Ask them if they consent to Electro Shock Therapy clearly.
step 2: Ask them if they have been defibrillated before, if yes then do not do the EST ask Ethics or someone of higher clearance what to do.
Step 3: Its customary to ask in LOOC if they have anything to holster as it may be lost during EST.
Step 4: Tell them that when they get harpooned to not go towards the light or tell them in LOOC to not respawn.
Step 5: After throwing the harpoon shock them with the defibrillators until brought back
Step 6: Cuff them if they are a D-Class and heal them back to full health.
Step 7: escort them out of the medial center

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
- The Medical Consultant is the 2nd in charge of the medical department behind the Dpt Director. They are in charge of training of new doctors by medical licenses, they will also be in charge of medical reports and other treatments for higher clearance individuals deemed to important for any normal doctor. They will need to keep Doctors and Combat Medics in check as to not have them getting in trouble. If these doctors or combat medics break these rules have them arrested by IA for the appropriate crime if they are repeat offenders and have been warned then only can they have their medical license removed and they be retrained at a later date.

After being cloned 1,000 times the foundation got sick of him and had a group of MTF members beat him senseless they left burning his CL5 on the way out. Not so soon after a Agent going under the code name "Green" found him nearly at deaths' door but just in time brought him to the medical bay where he sat in a comma for 4 months. The following conversation was recorded on a near by CCTV camera:
Agent Green: Hello?
Mr Glupes: Where am I?
Guard 1: *whispers towards the man in the gray suit*
Agent Green: You can call me Agent Green, do you know where you are?
Mr Glupes: Well by the look of the room i say a hospital.
Agent Green: Do you know where you got that gash?
Mr Glupes: the one on my head? No.
Gray Suit Man: If he doesn't then give him a GENSEC role and get him trained, he'll be at home there.
Agent Green: Yes sir
*Suit Man and 2 guards leave*
Agent Green: when you feel good enough to work then see me in my office down in Personnel Wing.
Mr Glupes: Wait I still have so many questions.
