Denied GOC R&D Clipboard

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
-Add a Clipboard to GOC R&D Loadout
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
- Not that i found
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Entity budget from dispensers.
-Why doesn't a R&D class have a clipboard???
-Allows R&D to make and add documents to computers
-Enhances RP and making documentation
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Very little dev time (Adding clipboard to loadout)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
-Because a Research and development class should have a clipboard so they're allowed to create documentation and go along with RP better, also no downsides to this. whatsoever.

The clipboard was removed as it was unnecessary most of the time, and when it is needed it is easily taken from dispensers which do not have an entity budget. On the other hand, loadouts do contribute to the entity budget hence the reason it doesn't have it.
