GOC Thaumatologist Weapon Addition

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Addition of a Primary weapon (R-301, Alternator, Or anything you find that might fit better--Suggest different weapons in comments/replies--). to the GOC Thaumatologists loadout to better fit its roles as a COMBATIVE unlike its foundation counterpart as a NON COMBATIVE. As of now the GOC Thaumatologist is the only combative job on GOC that doesn't have a primary. While some might argue "Just use the Armory". You can truly say that for every class plus it would make more sense for a GOC class to use GOC weapons. (EX: Giving DEA a .22 LR instead of its Barret)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: Not that i have found.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-GOC Thaumatologist fits its role as a COMBATIVE class much better
-A better enticement towards playing this class
-Fairness in equaling out the GOC class options

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Will be better than the base soldier
-only XK-Class can have the addition of reality bending.
-(Add other Negatives you think to comments/replies)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: This suggestion should be accepted because it aligns better with it being a combative class and enhances the gameplay of Thaumatologist overall. Bias towards this being a class that requires Real-world money to get is not a proper reason to shame this suggestion.

Addition:
-GOC Thaumatologist does not have TYPE-Green powers and has TYPE-Blue powers that are for non combative
-If you -support or +support, please give feedback on why you believe so for myself and others to gain insight towards this suggestion.
-If you believe a different weapon should be added to this class, please say the weapon and explain why.

GOC Thaumatologist does NOT have the reality bending capabilities like CI-Type blue or D-Class Type blue. The only ability that Damages an individual is IGNITE. Its reality bending is STRICTLY SUPPORTIVE and NOT COMBATIVE.

-Support, The idea is that you have the ability to kill people if needed with thaum powers you don't NEED a gun added to your kit you WANT a gun added to your loadout.

+support for very weak energy pistol
-support for other energy weapons/ungoc weapons and any weapons other than very weak energy pistol

UNGOC Thaumatologist is just combative Foundation Thaumatologist for me not gonna lie. While i know you like playing UNGOC and want it get more stuff and buffs. Just remember that UNGOC is already powerful enough.

Just ignore how you can reverse all damage onto whoever shoots you (One of the best abilities) and yeah GOC Thaumaturge is pretty weak.

To elaborate on my -Support, Reality Bending is already stupidly powerful. You get extra HP, abilities, immunity to other Reality Benders, and you can turn your brain off half the time for the abilities. Adding a no skill gun to a no skill job is going to result in someone's brain death with how much they can turn off their brain.

That ability USED to be the most OP ability in the game, now it takes 2 people to drain your energy and kill you since not many people actually know this but shooting a reflecting GOC thaum drains their energy alongside the natural drain.

I would completely agree but due to its low energy, NOT having extra HP, and overall being weaker than your average GOC, it just makes sense for it to be slightly stronger than your average member as it currently isnt. EX: CI-Alpha --> CI-Type blue | Researcher --> Thaumatologist
