Content Suggestion GSD Brutality Upgrade

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Modify the existing (or replace) Stun Stick to be more "brutal" to the victim (with the acception to doing nothing or less to armed individuals [Zen: Could be reduced effect based on armour level.]) this can be done in any way. A flash with slow fade coupled with the tranq effect. A zap effect on screen. Or (really not omg on this one) a regular tazer effect.]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[Probably]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Adds more use to stun stick than beating a D-Class to death
Adds more in game brutality to the Stun Stick making more reason for ISD to maybe step in when it gets bad
Adds a more immersive effect to the Stun Stick strikes against D-Class while not making it meta or game changing
It would make it easier for a GSD to be the character of a calluse guard and a bit less of a goofy smack.
Can be used in sweeps and would look more brutal than a dude with a shield.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Maybe abused
Gives ISD a reason
Dev work?
Not strong enough]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Honestly, I think the server needs more smaller slice of life changes to really make it easier to stay in character, not more combat things, or map changes, or reality bending. Just small things that make it seem more like the SCP foundation. ]

Note all this is from a US perspective, idk what goes on in the uk server but ive heard the isd are even more stingy and annoying over there so im guessing theres not much difference

Right now, the stun stick is incredibly useless with how it works and the rules regarding it (at least on the US server). Quite literally every single time ive seen it get used by myself or others, the end result becomes multiple "Assault" or "Attempted Murder" charges. All because it does "too much damage" to disregard (if the intent is getting D-class to follow orders), but also "too little damage" to be ethical (if the intent is killing them). If the stunstick actually provided a tranquilizing effect on the target and either did 1. Enough damage to be useful or 2. No damage at all (however this would need to be coupled with a very strong tranquilizing effect so its not useless asf), it could actually become something useful, not something that you use and immediately get arrested 5 minutes afterwards for "assault" because it kills people too slow but does enough damage to not be seen as a "riot tool."

If you aren't gonna make the stunstick more useful, you might as well remove it because, as of right now, all it is is a minge tool that screams "arrest me."
