Partially Accepted Gun lockers and microscope (US + UK)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
My suggestion adds to both servers, a gun locker (for the ranger station) in the US server and a microscope (for the surface medical station) in the UK Server

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe that there's been a similar suggestion as I've not looked yet, but I believe it's only fair if both servers have both equipments.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
1) (US) Rangers would be able to get armour if they lose any.
2) (US) Rangers or anyother civilian role would be able to get guns to defend themselves from any surface SCP
3) (UK) Surface Medics or anyother surface role could use the microscope to find out what a certain chemical is.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People could abuse the gun locker to gain weapons to kill others for the fun of it

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it would make both servers more enjoyable for surface roles. It would also make both servers seem fairer by adding both of these to each servers

Tbh it was hilarious seeing the Bunker door open only for CI to get absolutely lit up by 8 different civies
Then the spam of Failrp warns that followed

Trust me, the gun locker won't change much, Civs are gonna find out a way to storm our bases even without it, I saw them get a hold of a BTR the other day and proceeded to mass rdm GOC in their own base with it.
