Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for site advisor because I believe that the site administration are the peacekeepers of the site and are like the intermediaries for departments and mobile task forces to keep the site running and intact while also making sure performance and standards are upheld. In my personal beliefs, I like to be the peacekeeper between people and I love to talk and work things out peacefully with little conflict, which in turn would make people resolve issues faster, more efficiently, and without any further conflict. One other reason why I want to apply to be a Site Advisor is also because I love interacting with people no matter their rank. I genuinely enjoy speaking with people and talking to the community, which is something that Site Advisors do a lot and, in my personal opinion, it allows me to have more fun while being helpful to the community and giving back while enjoying it.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me a suitable candidate for Site Administration is my previous CL4 and SrCL4 experience. Over the year and a half that I have been here on this site, I have had the luck of being in 3 different CL4 positions, one being a Sr. CL4 position that being director, and also a combative CL4. With that being said, I have had both spectrums of CL4 experience and I believe that it makes me a good candidate as I've experienced what It's like to be in both shoes. Another reason I believe that I'd be a good fit for site administration is that I do have a good standing with the community and I, on very rare occasions, have bad interactions with anybody, unless they're one of those types of people that mess around and are extremely unprofessional. And lastly, I believe that I am suitable for site administration because I am able to keep calm under pressure and remain professional even while stressed and with all of my reasoning, that's why I believe I am a suitable candidate for site admin.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Some responsibilities of site administration are firstly to manage and uphold departments and mobile task forces. Another responsibility is to take care of themselves and remember that they are one of the main people who impact server experience for a lot of people. They also step in when a crisis happens in a department and offer their aid to help that department until they are able to be self-sufficient. Those are some small things that site administration do. Some of the more prominent responsibilities they have are to appoint department leads and commanders, apart from IPD, LE, and ISD, as those people who are chosen are also core figures in the community, and deciding who is appointed can be a really tough decision, as whoever is picked for these roles can either help the community or negatively impact it which is why what site administration do is extremely vital to the site and wonderful!
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Hampton Joshua Sandwich III started as a wheat farmer in 1989 where he stayed for 20 years, but one day he came across this weird figure in his field while farming. Upon grabbing a weapon and going to inspect the figure, it happened to be an SCP. Unbeknownst to him, a mobile task force was already en route to it as it was being tracked from a containment breach. The mobile task force eventually made it to the field where he was found passed out but not dead in which they properly aided him and took him back to their home site. Once making it there, they had fully recovered him after injecting him with Class-E to forget the SCP he came into contact with as it was a metallic hazard. After getting assimilated, he was found to have a good profession in the medical field, so the foundation command assigned him to the job on the medical team. Once there, he spent almost 2 years climbing through the ranks and eventually becoming director, where he ended up making a lot of contact with other departments and even mobile task force leads as well as site administration personnel, when suddenly, a site administrator resigned from their position, and he grew the courage to eventually apply for the position as he believed it was ready for a step up and that is where he is today.
