Why are you applying for Security Captain?
From my time as a GSD SGT, Over 3 weeks I have realized where I want to go next in GSD and for me, that is by becoming a CPT as I believe that my abilities are suited for those of a Captain with my experience from being and IA Ambassador which had me lead Agents and as an E-11 LT which had me lead many people under high-stress situations which can be adapted and used on as a CPT.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have gained suitable knowledge for captain from my time as IA ambassador which has allowed me to gain an understanding of the FLC which allows for me to properly do my job whilst following the FLC but also whilst making sure that my subordinates are doing so as well. I also have the experience from being an E-11 LT for Nearly 2 months now which has had me lead multiple troops in very high-stress situations this shows that I can work fast on my feet, which is why I believe I am a suitable candidate for Captain.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- To train GSD personnel to be able to perform their duties properly and efficiently whilst also being safe.
- Leading sweeps during code 2s.
- Controlling d-block making sure that all is running smoothly and well.
- Getting research escorts out smoothly and properly.
- Leading and supervising all GSD personnel.
- Helping the GSD personnel with the skills so that they have options whether going for CPT or joining an MTF.
- giving D-class work permits.
- Hosting Tryouts for Heavy Weapons license or Riot Response Team Tryout.
