Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?​

The reason I am applying for Medical Consultant is that I have a genuine interest in improving the medical department especially Combat medics. Currently combat medics are just going around doing completely different things. I think that I could improve that and make combat medics more like a MTF.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:​

I think I am suitable for Medical Consultant because I am very active (5 or more hours on week days and 14 or more hours on weekends.) Also I understand document making, Medical license tryouts and lots of misc medical things. I also have a pretty good knowledge on different types of medicine/drugs. I am a good role player so I could be very good in medical RP situations where /me is needed.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:​

I am going to be explaining fracture healing.
Step 1: Ask the patient to go on the x-ray.
Step 2: Look at the screen and see which limb is fractured (It is inverted.)
Step 3: Go to the !medic menu.
Step 4: Buy a drug pot, a beaker and calcium for the fractured bone.
Step 5: Put the calcium in the beaker then out the beaker in the drug pot.
Step 6: Ask the patient to eat the drug pot then their fracture is gone.
Step 7: (Optional) Get the patient to get back on the x-ray to make sure the fracture is healed.

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:​

The responsibilities of a Medical Consultant in lore is to make sure all medical rules are followed (Example people injecting other people with poison/morphine for non interrogation reasons.). They also do lectures for trainees to get their medical license. Medical Consultants also write documents for important things such as phycological evaluations for tribunals or just documents to put on the multiple clipboards in medbay.

Pre-foundation logs:

Harry was born in Dublin, Ireland on the 22nd of august 1986. He was always interested in how the human body worked and the military. He would always watch either action films or medical shows/documentaries on his families television. The Nolan family was very wealthy and whatever Harry wanted his parents would give it to him. Throughout Harry's years in school he got in many fights and won most of them due to him knowing the weak points in the human body alongside his military knowledge. Once Harry graduated school he went to a medical school to become a doctor. He got straight A's in medical school and got his medical license. Harry decided to work in Bomount hospital but after a few years he thought that he could follow his military dreams and medical dreams at the same time by joining the Irish Defence Forces as a field medic. After 6 months of training and lots of experience fighting a well known terrorist organisation named Dexses or the 4 eyed devil. One night Harry and his squad were deployed to Canada after a kidnapping of a politician thought to be done by Dexses. This kidnapping was done by the foundation because of the politician's knowledge of the foundation. Harry and his team approached site-65 and the markman named Dylan Walsh in the squad took out all MTF-Nu7 and MTF-B1 in the outside sector of the facility. After hopping over the fence Harry and picked up MTF-Nu7 PVT James Henderson's keycard. Once they entered the garage nobody was inside so they pushed to the elevators 2 went into the left elevator and 2 went into the right. Once the elevators reached the lobby they were ambushed by RRT, MTF-B1, MTF-Nu7 and ISD. After a long and deadly firefight Harry's crew somehow survived. But with only 1 person hit. Dylan Walsh was hit with a MP5 to the left lung. While the rest of the team was covering Harry he was doing medical procedures on Dylan and helping the others hold off the MTF with his sidearm. After 15 minutes of helping Dylan sleep gas was sent through the vents knocking out Harry and his team. They were all brought for interrogation.

Interrogation Log 145.34:

Interrogator: Hello, what is your name?
Harry: Since when did Dexses be so nice in interrogation?
Interrogator: What is Dexses?
Harry: Very funny, do you think I'm going to believe you.
Interrogator: What do you mean I am asking you a question?
Harry: Ok if your not Dexses then who are you?
Interrogator: I'm the one asking questions here.
Interrogator: *Pulls out a combat knife*
Harry: What is that for.
Interrogator: Making you talk.
Interrogator: So I'm going to ask again what is your name.
Harry: Jesus, it's Harry Nolan.
Interrogator: Good, now what were you doing here.
Harry: We were deployed because of a kidnapping we thought was done by Dexses.
Interrogator: What is Dexsus.
Harry: Terrorist organisation based in Ireland but some of their outposts are in different countries.
Interrogator: So you thought we were Dexsus?
Harry: Lots of security, nobody knows anything about what's going on in here, so we presumed it was Dexsus.
Interrogator: Ok, thank you I will be back in a second. *Leaves room*
DoM: *Walks in*
DoM: Hello, My name is Abbie, I think you would be a great asset to us.
Harry: Like a war prisoner?
DoM: No, like a solider.
DoM: We are a government facility that holds... Strange things.
Harry: How about I have a little tour first before signing up.

Harry is given a tour of Site-65 and is shown some anomalies in Inanimate storage.

DoM: So these are some of our safe anomalies.
Harry: SAFE? THIS ONE CAN TURN YOU INTO STONE IF YOU READ IT!
DoM: Do you want to see some of our dangerous ones?
Harry: Not really, but why not.

Harry was brought to HCZ and was showed SCP-966, SCP-106, SCP-939

DoM: So do you want to be apart of this facility saving lives and stopping these creatures from destroying our planet.
Harry: Yes I do!

After that Harry was involved in saving hundreds of peoples lives during containment breaches and CI raids. After the code black incident on 23/5/11 Harry got half of his leg severed by SCP-939 and was unfit for combat duty. After the incident Harry was in medbay recovering from the incident and was told about his promotion to medical consultant.

I firmly believe that Harry can be a wonderful addition to any department that he dedicates himself to. That with given the correct guidance can be excellent at whatever responsibility is set before him. I worked with him in RRT, and I've seen some of his work as an MTF, I'm confident in his abilities. However, I also think due to his age its a bit easy for him to get a bit short-sighted and push some things a bit too far.

I also want to touch on my last point directly Harry, I appreciate you not only taking an interest in improving the medical department but also calling attention to a present issue. However I don't think the appropriate way to go about it is to get a higher authority and then try to fix it. I would much rather hear about all the ways you are already actively working to improve it: what ideas you've brought forward, what changes you've tried to implement, ect.
