Being a leader and delegating.​

What makes me the best candidate is my vast set of experiences from E-11 LT to GSD CPT and even IA ambassador I have gained the knowledge and the skill set for someone who is seeking to become an assistant of the 05 Council. This is through my skills in delegating and managing my resources through being a Captain in GSD and a Lieutenant in E-11, as well as from my time as IA, leading operations and organizing agents responsibly.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:​

Responsibilities	How come? (more in-depth look into why)
Being a representative of the O5 Council	This is in cases where it might be too dangerous for an O5 council member to present themselves or even when they might not be present due to being unavailable and in that case, it is key that they may depend on you to be there representing them.
Authing Advanced Armoury	This is when there are 2 or more Keter+ SCPs breached and AA cannot be authed by the Ethics committee or anOverseerthis might be for various reasons however in these situations you must be able to tell what SCPs are Keter+ or not so that you can auth AA properly.
Utilizing Alpha-1 in completingO5 orders.	Whilst enforcing these orders protection is a key priority and in that case, Alpha-1 is the perfect people to utilize as they are here to protect all O5 council personnel both the members and their assistants, and with their protection, they can ensure there is safety for both theassistants and Overseers.
Creating and leading RP	As an OSA you are a Cl4 member of the community and due to this fact, it is key that you make your own RP to ensure that playing on the site is satisfactory for yourself and others as that is one of the expectations of being a Cl4 member and is especially expected of an OSA.
Dealing with FLC violations (Mainly conduct)	This should be done effectively and through the proper chain of command ie by reporting this to IA if needed and also their direct higher such as for Researchers you would report it to an Executive Researcher, this is done so that you can ensure that you are effectively utilizing the chain of command which was put in place by SA/SC.
