What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Have the teams occasionally swap sides. By this I mean NATO base will become NWO base and vice versa - this wouldn't be permanent, it could be on a rotation.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
The experience of playing maps is quite different depending on which base is "yours" and from which side you're pushing objectives. For example, it's a lot easier for NWO to push Water Tower, a lot easier for NATO to push Hill Top (understandably) so swapping sides would give a very different perspective to fighting there.
It could make maps have a lot more "mileage" for content with a relatively small amount of effort required than what would be needed to modify entirely different maps.
Forcing people to have the perspective of the other team (for players who only play one side) can help people understand potential complaints that team might have about their situation which they otherwise would never consider
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
This would probably require each map to have 2 ongoing versions and could make modifying said maps quite complicated if every map change would have to be replicated between separate files - I can see why just this would be enough of a reason to not want to do this but even so.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's just a suggestion to increase some longevity of server content
