When I post the verification code in the promt, it says failed to check your steam game count

Hi,

Please do the following to fix this!
  1. To allow the bot to check the authenticity of your Steam account, please temporarily ensure your profile is public. You can make your profile private again after the verification is completed.

  2. Ensure your played games are public, including your playtime. This part is often missed - ensure your settings look like the below image.

  3. If you're in game, you can type /verify and this will take you to the verification portal. Otherwise, you can visit it directly at https://portal.civilnetworks.net/link_accounts

  4. When done correctly, this will give you full access to the Teamspeak.
