What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Add a CL2 Chef that is unlocked at Level 10 or so Cooking.
- Make them look like Andre Rush.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Cool buff black man cooking food
- Goal for Chef's to strive to become

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Nothing

Only because there is in fact one CL4 chef in the facility and anything to give them a higher role would be grand.

Techs need it to fix shit.

Chefs have the tubes and can meet up to deliver food. + this makes them more mingy then they already are
