hello i want my refund do the server reset

you guys wasted my time waiting almost 2hrs in scp queue to only have you guys reset the server mid day. and me lose my place. can you guys tell me how this is fair in anyway to a paying client that has been waiting in an scp queue waiting to have some fun. i want my refund and for you guys to tell me how you think it is fair for the server to reset and me not be at fault for being removed from queue and denied my placement back. I managed to get my time back due to people leaving. but I just wanna have someone explain how it is fair for one to have to wait more time due to an issue they did not cause

I'm sorry to hear that you are not too happy in regards to a judgement made by a staff member about yourself not being placed back into the breach queue after a server restart. The server restarts in order to make sure it operates the best it can so it doesn't lag all the time. If the restart happened during the day when it shouldn't, that means it needed a restart for a critical change to be put in place so players can play the server with issues occurring.

And of course, if you are unhappy with the staff members judgement they made for not placing you back into the queue you are more than welcome to make a complaint, these are looked at and handled to the best of our ability. While we also understand you may have paid for in game features, we treat everyone the same on those who have paid, and not paid. This is to ensure no biased is being made.
