Hello @thedoctor.

I had pulled you into a sit because you had made a sit. I was specating the whole situation when you were a tech expert as 914, and were taken by The O5 member.

You then die while gagged, I had presumed this was cynaid however it was not.

You then in a sit do
/me holds my breath
And take 10 damage per sit

This is what you did also in the LCZ electrical
We had asked how you have done this, and you were saying " I dont know"

And then thats when I had brought Yeke, and Cassicus into this, and we had presumed this is a bug, and it is not supposed to be like this

The /me was a joke. I dont see how it is a bug suiciding. Can you like get a dev to prove its a bug.

Good Afternoon Doctor,

The reason you were banned is after multiple attempts in attempting to understand how this happened, you constantly refused to provide any information on how this happened, after my colleagues reported that this had been used in RP, I attempted to coax the information from you.

You managed to perform this "feat" on command, yet when asked you constantly denied any knowledge of how to do this, as you can plainly see here, you perform this on command with no production of any material to commit suicide.

However during conversation when explaining you have managed to do this on command, you stated continuously "what command, I didn't do any commands", when further explained on what I meant, you kept saying "I don't know".

As such, a ban was issued for minor glitching and due to the excessive amount of bans on your record, Stacked Bans, Class X.

As not to go back and forth, I just wish to clarify some things.

As a member of the Content Team, I look into bugs for the community and report them as needed, from what I saw, this is unintended and there is 0 viable reason for you to just lose all your health randomly, which by definition is a bug and / or glitch.

In order to correct your confusion, minor glitching does not have to relate to a Roleplay Scenario, nor does that state anywhere this is the case, as per staff guidelines, Minor Glitching covers the following;

"Minor Glitching covers offences such as sit glitching, exploiting out-of-bounds areas, etc."

The "ETC" part clarifies there are further entries, which can be deemed as such by the staff member issuing the punishment by using our knowledge, as such we deemed the situation to be a minor glitching punishment, as opposed to a major glitching, which would cover;

"Major Glitching covers offences such as money and item duplication exploits."

As of this point onwards, any further comments from myself will not be made and left to a Senior Admin+ to render a verdict.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

The evidence is clear, You were able to somehow kill yourself on command without the usage of any suicide tools (Cyanide,Bleach,etc) and you were unwilling to reveal how you did this, Which constitutes it as abusing a bug/exploit of sorts, Thus the minor glitching.

You may re-appeal in 2 weeks​
