Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

Being a part of ISD is a great experience. I've been involved with this department since its launch, when it was named IA. I really like the experience ISD has because enforcing the CoE and CoC gives me a great sense of responsibility. I also enjoyed the process of gathering intel on other departments, which being an Inspector give me more opportunity to do so.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

I joined this department when it first launched. I have a good grasp of the CoC, CoE, and the legal codex. I can remain calm and professional at all times, and I treat everyone fairly and equally. Being a part of O1 and working closely with ECAs also gave me experience with how tribunals work. Also, as an O1, I've worked with ISD, including conducting audits and arresting foundation personnel for treason. Finally, I believe I have the leadership skills that an Inspector needs to have, and I can give clear and precise orders to ISD operatives in emergencies.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

An ideal Inspector should possess great leadership skills, a solid grasp of CoE, CoC, and legal codex. Also, an ideal Inspector should be fair and responsible at all times; they should investigate unfair treatment that was reported to them. They should also have great document writing skills, after becoming an Inspector, they will be exposed to more operations which requires them to write a report after it ended.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

I didn't have an opportunity to be involved in a major roleplay event that required me to write a document about, but I did write some arrest reports. A good document needs to be informative; it should have in-depth detail on the whole situation, and it should be written with professionalism and minimal spelling and grammar mistakes in it.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?
Leading members of the department, monitoring site personnel, helping personnel understand the legal codex and, enforcing it, answering questions from members of ISD, and conducting arrests or investigations on CL4 personnel.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

I am confident I can lead other members of ISD from my experience being an NCO in E11, Nu7, and O1. I've gained a lot of leadership experience in O1 by leading escorts and giving orders to enlisted. I'm also open to answering questions and giving advice to new operatives in the department.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

█████ was offered a spot in the General Security Department after 3 years of service in the US military. He was given the position of SRU unit in the General Security Department in Site-9. After successfully repelling CI in a raid, █████ was recruited to MTF unit Nu-7 and transferred to Site-65. He was then recruited from MTF Nu-7 to MTF O-1. After 2 years of service in O-1, █████ suffering from several gun wounds, he was deemed unfit for the regiment and was given 2 options: transfer to other MTF units or transfer to ISD. █████ was administered Class-E amnestics to forget his experience in O-1 and continued his foundation career as an ISD Inspector named Demar 'Highlander'.
