Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I'm applying for captain because I want to improve GSD. I find GSD fun and enjoyable Also, I want to improve my leadership skill and make more impact in the department, I believe this is the right path. I want to make GSD more fun by hosting more training that makes it fun to play GSD. The current captains are nice and this motivates me to Be a captain to join them in their ranks.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I always want Gensec to have fun and be professional at the same time. im active Within GSD as a Riot Seargent when I'm not playing as E11. My experience as an E11 CPL shows leadership and coordination as I'm semi-responsible for the ranks below me. I am always open to helping new Gensec members by answering their questions. I always aim for Improvement. There is always something we can improve at.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Captain's responsibilities are:
- Observing and improving Gensec.
- Performing and leading Sweeps if necessary
- Hosting lectures and tryouts. heavy weapons as well as RRT licenses.
- Making sure Gensec is following FLC at all times.
- performing training.
Making sure Gensec knows the policy and being able to answer their questions.
