Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?: I've staffed a few different communities. First ever experience staffing actually started with Minecraft. For Garry's Mod: I've been a global administrator for a massive community which existed before it was acquired by a completely separate (currently active) community. I've held staff positions in two (moderately active) communities which both had multiple different RP servers attached. Being a business owner helps maintain the leader mentality which is essential when in an authoritative position for any community. GMod or not.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: Yes. I have close to 2,000 hours in the game which were mostly spent in RP servers (MilitaryRP, Star WarsRP, MafiaRP, and ScpRP are among my favorites)

How many hours can you be on everyday?: I work all business hours of the week and am normally free to play from 6p EST to whenever I please. I'd estimate at lease 4 hrs a day at the minimum.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: I've always had the itch to support communities I've been a part of and liked. I have a lot of experience moderating servers which I like to apply towards said communities. I joined this particular community and got that itch again. I want to help.
I enjoy working with others to resolve any issue a player/group of players may be experiencing. I want to be a member of CN staff to actively be involved in the stability of the network of which I think I have a lot to offer.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: I think my ability to communicate calmly and clearly is a high valued trait when seeking staff members. I've been around a lot and have seen what bad communities look like. I've known for a long time now that anger, resentment and lust for power are what take entire communities down. Filling your team with qualities opposite of these should be a priority. My addition to the team would bring reason and leadership to any interaction whether it is other players or teammates.
I value strength when it comes to forming my teams in my professional life. I'd like to believe that Civil Networks also values this when selecting potential staff members.
