How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
1 week, and some time when I was DEA months ago.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
Well, overall I like the department and want to learn more. I do think I could improve it in some aspects. I do also want to elevate from my current position as you can do more, engage more.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
Overall, my combat&leadership skills, determination, temper, learning capabilities, documentation, rp, and department experience.
Combat&Leadership
Id say i am decent in combat. I was in Nu7, O1 and A1. Overall, I put the combat experience here because I learned strategical positions and leading.
Determination
When I set a goal, id like to accomplish it. Although, not always possible, I try my best to.
Temper
I can withstand a lot of pressure from others, not raging. Essentially, when i reach the 'Breaking point' I just leave.
Learning Capabilities
Id say I am fast learner, ready to learn any new things fast from the department.
Documentation
Overall, id say i make decent documents when asked to. Ill go in depth with this one in the next question.
RP
Id say I can create decent RP when i get a chance.
Department Experience
Overall, this doesn't involve only dea, but the sire as whole. Id say I know how to speak to other departments. I also know a lot about dea and the policies as I was previously SA.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
ALOT now. Although, as DEA? I never really got chance to write a document except slides which will be presented soon.
I think My documents are good because I put mainly a lot of time and afford into it. I always make sure the document is in the right order, there are no mistakes and check it with my COs if it is good to go. I can show you an example if you ask me for one ig.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
Well, SP agent got few.
Lead DEA
During c1s or even without a code SP Agent should be able to lead DEA, give out orders. This also applies to interogations, raids and patrols.
Induction of Agents and Senior Agent Tryouts
As SP Agent you should be able to host tryouts when asked to.
GOI Comms
As SP Agent you should answer to comms from other factions to approve their entry or to get a hostage back
Approving GOIs in facility
As SP Agent you decide to approve GOI like un or MC&D in site or not.
Dealing with surface info leaks
When, lets parawatch calls out in comms something about foundation, they deploy a humvee and go look for him with at least 3 more DEA.
Gather intel on GOIs, do operations
They should get any information on any GOI if they can, especially if it is part of an operation.
