Hello @ShadyDave, If you want to use an image on any kind of document in-game, you will have to get the direct link to that image, you can do this by pressing Right Click, then opening the image in a new tab.
With your first image that would result in going to this link: https://www.civilgamers.com/community/attachments/scppic-png.1110/
That link should work inside of your document.
