How do I join: GOC, CI, or MTF?

I am asking how do i join GOC, CI or MTF? When i am trying to make a new character i can't seem to join GOC or CI? Clicking on it does nothing, nothing happens. Is this a glitch? And how do i join MTF branches in the SCP Foundation? When i click on it, it says i can't join cause i am not MTF? How do I join MTF?

GOC and CI have level reqs for making characters, GOC is total level 80 and combat level 25 then you can attend tryouts for GOC. CI is total level 45 and combat level 10 and then wait for tryouts. E-11 and Nu-7 are the only ones that host public tryouts while O-1 and A-1 handpick people

You go to a tryout and you pass that tryout and then you can switch to the job. Crazy life hack

All of these factions/regiments are tryout based. CI, UNGOC, and any MTF require tryouts. Find whenever they announce tryouts inside the discord channel called "Tryout Announcements". If you pass then you get to join.
