What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?: With the amount of time on this server, I have seen plenty of O5 generations come and go. I also have a pretty good amount of experience on CL4 and A-1/O-1 experience. I know plenty of past and present O5, and have learned much about the role through them and being an Overseer Assistant/Site Advisor.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?: They are the de facto lead of the entire Foundation. They, along with Ethics, manage the entire site with protocol and procedure changes. They work along-side Site Administration and talk with the Dpt. Leaders of the site and the Commanders of MTF to figure out what reforms would increase the efficiency of the site.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?): They answer forum posts about departmental leaders, approving or denying them.
