Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
As it is probably known, I recently applied for Aite Administration which I was denied, the reasoning behind this being that I don't have enough experience around the site as of now, with this reasoning behind me, I believe returning back to the department in which was my stepping stone into my current Ethics Assistant role is the best way forward. I have always loved Internal Affairs, it is my favourite department with Research not far behind, it was where I started my time here on the server, through a couple of months I conducted my duties as an Agent and used my skills and talent acquired in IA to bolster me into the Ethics Committee Assistant Ranks, I believe it is now time for me to give back to the department in any way I can.
From my experience and observations, the skills and tools you learn from Internal Affairs are vital to anyone's career, and I myself would like to be able to learn such skills to continue my career. I believe that if I were to recieve this position, I would be able to contribute to the current already excellent and skilled team of Internal Affairs ambassadors but learn from these experienced members of the site. I hope that bringing my own unique experiences and perspective will be welcomed and useful within the IA Leadership team.

What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
Although the focus of my prior response to a similar question was on my qualities for the position of Site Administration, I think that my commitment, abilities, and drive also make me a strong contender for the position of Internal Affairs Ambassador. I have obtained useful experience managing and controlling site operations as a CL4 Ethics Assistant and Coordinator, including administering the site during off-hours due to my particular timezone as an Australian.
I'm sure I can use my expertise to help the Internal Affairs team fulfil their vital responsibility for upholding the site's ethics and conduct codes. I will be able to cooperate with Internal Affairs ambassadors and other site leadership to accomplish our objectives because of my ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with people from other departments.
In addition, I am committed to helping the community and the server continue to flourish because I am passionate about both. I think that my new viewpoint and perspective will contribute to the Department of Internal Affairs adopting fresh strategies and ideas. I hope that with all this in mind, you will consider me for the position of ambassador.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have not really written many documents myself other than a few incident reports, but an excellent Internal Affairs document should be detailed, unbiased, well-structured, and written in a way that effectively communicates all pertinent facts. It should contain a thorough explanation of the incident/situation, any supporting documentation, witness accounts, and a full breakdown of any rules or procedures that were broken from the Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics. Additionally, suggestions for further action should be included in the document. This in the end provides the Internal Affairs Leadership with a report that acts as a thorough and trustworthy record of the situation as well as a tool for guaranteeing accountability and preserving the site's overall integrity.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
When it comes to the duties of the Internal Affairs Ambassador role within Roleplay and on-site, include such duties as:
- Uphold and maintain the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct on-site in all areas.
- Manage and coordinate Internal Affairs Agents' actions and duties on site
- Provide Roleplay for IA Personnel as well as for other personnel on site
- Provide training for new IA Agents on the job
- Give guidance to IA Personnel on-site, be this advice on administering the legal codex or general behaviours whilst on the job.
- Support the Internal Affairs Directorate in their duties managing the department.

Pearson Pavish was first noticed by Foundation Staff when beginning his work as a lecturer of advanced Medical Science at the National University of Australia, working there for 4 years his work was admirable and possibly helpful to the foundations interests of further studying SCP's unique properties and effects, on 09/06/14 Pearson Pavish was subject to continued security screening and inducted into the Scientific Department as a Junior Researcher under the watchful guidance of research Leadership as an associate in Medical Sciences

After his continued work within the scientific department Pearson Pavish was elevated to the position of Researcher on the 23/01/15 and quickly then after promoted to Senior Researcher, his research specifically on the SCP subject 1025 is the primary reason of his elevation to a Senior Researcher position and further clearance access as a now Clearence Level 3 personnel, he was entrusted with the testing of other higher-level SCPs to further his career.

Pearson Pavish has continued to study and evaluate the effects of SCP-1025 as well as along the way a couple of other SCP Subjects, at this time Pearson has taken up some medical duties within the medical department, previously earning his medical license (Mentioned in previous personnel logs). Pavish's decision to begin leading into other departments other than the scientific department was quote on quote "I feel as if some of the work done my other colleagues of mine in the research department are not for the progression of science but for their own obsessions". This has been taken into account the ethics committee for further review as well as Pearsons continued presence within two departments.

Pavish for a year now has been within the Department of Internal Affairs, his motives were from what we know are from previous experiences and things that he has witnessed in his previous departments, Pearson has taken on an Agent Position reviewing and applying the Code of Ethics on site, taking a special interest in the scientific department and their protocols in relation to testing D-Class personnel on SCP subjects, Pearson continues to monitor the department with a watchful gaze, motives could be more than meets the eyes, he should be put under review by department leadership.

Through Pearson Pavish's continued and consistent efforts towards the stability of the foundation when it comes to the legal codex, he was contacted by the Ethics Committee for a position within the Assistant Staff in the Committee, with this offer Pearson Pavish accepted the offer from the committee and took up a role enforcing ethical standards further on-site.

Pearson Pavish's consistent work effort and contributions to the Ethics Committee have been noticed not only by its members but the Chairman himself, after some discussion the committee has decided to appoint him as the Assistant Coordinator, training new in-coming assistants, handling issues and inquiries from assistants as well as assigning them to specific Ethics members for duties, hopefully, this position will provide him with fundamental skills needed later on.

After being rejected for the position of Site Administration for Site-65, Pearson Pavish continued in his duties as an Ethics Assistant, with this he has proceeded to create a proposal for the committee and SA to provide new programs to the site under the guidance of the Department Leadership to promote connectedness between all departments and regiments on site.
