i can't connect to the usa server

for some reason the usa server won't connect the uk server i can join is saying that thear is a error on the delay

yes i can do that but for some reason it only opens the concole in game

Yes that works but for some reason The console dosen’t open In The main menu only if i am In a server

i think you need to enable it, try these steps:
Click the 'Options' button at the game's main menu.
Select the 'Keyboard' tab.
Click the 'Advanced' button in the 'Keyboard' tab.
Check the "Enable Developer Console (~)" option.
Click 'Ok', and then 'Ok' again.
