Send your Discord ID here. A staff member may be willing to assist and look into if your account is banned for whatever reason. If you had your account hacked recently then that could also be why.

If you have trouble getting ahold of anyone, join the teamspeak and poke any staff member (just once.) They can at least get ahold of the right people to help you out.
