Why should you be unbanned: Cause i did have intention to roleplay i have been roleplaying the entire day playing as 079 breaching play as an mc&d selling guns to dclass playing as an officer doing tests i switched to chef one officer cuffed me then put my radio somewhere so i was running around for it and for some reason and i was also dancing then an A1 which should not be after chefs chased me i ran into the chef area i was shot by kenji he then brought me to a sit said he was warning me for fearp i then said i was looking for my radio which he then just said no actually NITRP when i clearly was roleplaying the entire day i was playing as a an officer when i got credited playing as an mc&d when selled guns to dclass and i played as a dclass for a but this shows proof i was roleplaying the entireday and a NITRP would be if i joined today and didnt rp with clear intention somehow one of kenjis reasonings was that i was dancing running around which i do not know how that means NITRP id say the closed thing to a thing was fearp which it wasnt since all i was doing was looking for my radio cause a officer cuffed me and put it somewhere so i was searching for it cause he didnt like the music also i want to add kenji killed me when i was in my own chef area which is clearly rdm running around and dancing does not equal NITRP i was looking a for a radio an officer put somewhere cause i cant spawn it back i do not even know why an A- 1 was chasing a chef clearly A-1 is pretty mid if all an a1 can do is chase a chef who is looking for a radio
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Cause i was roleplaying all day long my credit logs prove it Infact the entire day i was waiting for a e-11 tryouts so i was clearly roleplaying
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: cause i play it every day and i go to school in like 2 days

Your description of the event is very skewed, for example you did not mention that you did not adhere to fearrp even though I gave you multiple warnings, you were dancing and jumping around shouting about your radio whilst avoiding arrest from an O-1 operative. I gave you three warnings before terminating you as you did not adhere to fearrp. I then pulled you into the sit which you then continued to dance and shout about your radio and asking about its location whilst laughing. I then said you did not adhere to fearrp so you will be getting warned and according to other staff reports I will be banning you for NITRP as you were affecting other players experience negatively. You began to shout at me and the SL member that I asked for assistance from, I asked them their opinion and they agreed with me that it would NITRP and according to your previous amount of bans, this situation was also counted as stacked bans.

skewed WHAT SKEWED no no no i was looking for my radio i ran back to the chef place i then saw an 01 behind me who killed me and shot me and me dancing in a sit does not qualify as NITRP you never chased me infact you allowed constant abuse of me i was cuffed by an officer who took my radio and put it somewhere so i was looking for it you saw it happen and you did nothing is it cause you dont like me or something admit it you shot me and ignored the officer cuffing me for no reason cause you have a bias towards me even though i told you my stacked bans 1 of them was false due to me failrping by steve dutch which im still mad about since i literally did nothing. I was roleplaying all day i was an officer who was part of a test on scp 860 a cadet and a dclass ran inside and were trying to lure people inside to kill them so i got an admin for the cadet and terminated the dclass i also reached combat level 15 i played as an mc&d got into dblock and sold them shipments of guns/weapons played as a dclass for a bit breached as scp 079 and scp 035 today i breached as 079 and i breached multiple scps including 939s scp 049 i played as 035 were i got a e-11 to put on my mask and i got into armory for some reason i was not able to take weapons from armory so i just got ammo and a hacking device i got past the level 4 hack blast door killed mtf and researcher got to 914 so i was not able to upgrade keycard cause i could not drop it knowing there was tons of mtf and e-11 trying to find me i went into pw went through the big heavy blast door and got into more gunfights i was going to the floor 2 elevator but someone not sure who snuck behind me and killed me i had only like 200 hp left after all of it and was killed. This proves all day i have been roleplaying it may not look like it to you but i was roleplaying all day long having fun and having my first succesful 035 breach. I get that you are a head mod so your word outweighs mine but come on after all that roleplay all day how does it look like NITRP to you

After reviewing the information given, and speaking to the member involved. I have decided to deny your appeal. You have had multiple bans, and continue to break rules. I shall post the FearRP rule that you broke below.

1.14 FearRP - You must fear for your life as if you were put into that situation yourself in real life. Grounds for FearRP are:

• Being unarmed and at gunpoint no matter the number of aggressors.
• Having your weapon out but still being surrounded and outnumbered 2:1.
• Armoured vehicles can be put under FearRP if they are unarmed vehicles.
• Vehicles in transit cannot be put under FearRP. The vehicle must be stationary.
• You may not purposefully expose yourself to virulent SCPs (008, 049) unless ordered to at gunpoint by CI or Foundation.
  
  In the future, please stick to the rules that you can view in the forums.
