i got banned for ltarp

i got banned for ltarp because while i was detained my wifi was gone no i do not have proof or evidence i was able to rejoin in 10 minutes and got a ban for it i find it shit that i get banned even tough that situation with my wifi was out of my control i would get it if i inteionally left but for something that i couldnt control to get banned i find that very shit
