Denied IA Player Model Update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Would add a bit more customization outside of the requirement of buying PAC3 for if someone wants to use a player model they feel more comfortable in

Adds models/jericho/citizens/female playermodels to IA Agent/Operative.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Removes the requirement of PAC3 for people identifying as Women to use the Women Player Model on IA
- More customisation for PAC3 users to use Male Playermodel head and Female Playermodel body

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Could be seen as unnecessary due to PAC3's ability to customise the player model to heart content.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should be accepted as it allows players on both servers to freely feel more accepted with their player model, as well as offering a much wider range of customization for the community.

If you become a consultant, it is a requirement to have pac or else your whitelist will get removed, take it from experience
