remove UNGOC then we talk
UNGOC should be an event based faction that Game Masters can utilise.
Unfortunately, there is just not enough content for UNGOC to be viable hence the issues of them 'causing wars' as there is nothing else they can do apart from infiltrate/QRF.
I personally think that roleplay on site has been lacking and there should be an increased focused of roleplay within site/ Foundation factions.
All the external factions can be introduced through events with Game Masters who are knowledgeable of SCP lore or want to create their own SCP lore that has logical ground.
Such departments could be:
Anomalous Entity Engagement Division - Who can concrentrate on creating roleplay that allows free-roam of some of the more dangerous SCPs, like 049 & 035 who can be utilised by the Foundation.
Fire Suppression Department - During containment breach, why do we not have fires? Systems are damage, electrics are over-stressed and mechnical systems start to fail which can lead to hydraulic leaks, oil leaks, etc. I think it would be very cool for there to be fire that had to be supressed to allow full systems to be restored. (I do think this system should be limited based on player pop, so if over 60 people then the fire system is able to be triggered causing fires across the site). When it is low pop, it would not work.
Then there could be the actual part of the department that is the 'secret element' that essentially traitor hunters, so some sort of secret intel branch that is hidden within a department. This could help create further roleplay by allowing people to investigate high level people for any sort of treason, mutiny, or anyone looking to 'leave' the foundation.
