Okay let’s assume you Hit yourself anywhere on your Body , and your Hand hurts , what would you say is the reason ?

This depends on where you hit yourself, if its in a flabby area like the thigh or stomach your hand is weak. It you punched your kneecap tho, and your hand hurts its because you just punched your knee cap
