Rule Suggestion Implement a rule that at least 4 CI must be online to raid CI base

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add a rule stating that CI base may only be raided if at least 4 non-recruits are online.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

CI will have a form of reasonable defense against raids.

It will lead to smoother roleplay for more people to be present and experience the raid so we know how to proceed in-character.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

CI base is hard enough to raid with the kill tunnel that is our hallway.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

The addition of this rule will make our collective lives easier by giving CI the opportunity to both reasonably defend themselves and have enough people to experience and give a report on what happened in the raid so it may be used in-character.

Four is also not so extreme that it would completely destroy any Foundation raiding party, but it’s enough that it could stand a chance.

The only thing is there is no ci requirement for rescue raids

rescue raids are just a type of main raid from what I’ve heard.

Only difference being that it skips normal MR cooldown, and once the goal is completed, you RTB/fuck off
