What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Improves the jobs of SCOM SGEN LTgen and General
- adds things like stinger, at4, repair tool to the senior high command jobs
- Make it so SCOM gets paid the same as LTgen as SCOM for some reason gets paid less
- Makes it more rewarding for those who have actually climbed the ranks to attain these jobs actually getting a useable job rather than having a worse kit than every other SC and NHC job
- Allows for the actual SC or NHC who is trying to use correct their job (eg: 21st or 11th on SC) to actually use their job in war as these are usually taken by senior SC or NHC as their correct jobs are completely unequipped for war and have almost no useful weapons on that job


Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: No


Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Allows for SC and NHC to have a rewarding job for when they rank up in high command
- Allows for members of high command to use their correct job role as it would not be taken up by other members of high command
- Removes the fact that SCOM is paid less than LTgen

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Improves the usability of these jobs which may cause people to struggle against them more, although i dont see this as an issue as it only makes them on par with the other HC jobs already avaliable
- Change will only effect a small minority of people who get to use the jobs

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- I believe if you work you way up to the top ranks on either NATO or NWO you should be rewarded with a good and useable job rather than a job worse than every job you have had access to previously.

Ok I do see your points, the SCOM paying thing is annoying and needs fixing. However, giving the job an AT4/Stinger can make it more difficult for those regiments as you've pointed out.

As well as this, in making this suggestion my assumption is that your jobs relating to brigades are full quite meaning that there's an extra 4 AT4s/Stingers already in play fairly often. Adding more would only amplify the issue if this is the case. However, items like a repair tool, first aid kit, adv field kit and such seem like a fair enough addition that is harmless but somewhat rewarding. Generally I'm pretty sure the higher ranking jobs are meant to be ceremonial with the reward being you can access any job you want whilst brigade commanders should (I think?) only be on their brigade jobs and not switching.

If SC / NHC jobs are better then they'll be more inclined to lead wars and stay active. Could hopefully help alleviate the stigma about high command being really unfun (aids) and get more people to sign up. Balancing issues can be fixed I would hope.

Senior SC and NHC will actually use the jobs for their rank (such as the SCOM and LTGEN jobs) instead of the brigade jobs

Suggestion Partially Accepted

Hi @Aleem Abdul , Your suggestion has been accepted. We will fix the pay for the SCOM and add the battle suit for both the SCOM/LTGEN and SGEN/GEN jobs but we will not be adding any more equipment to the jobs as HC have 7 combat slots 2 reg gen x3 and a recon job with one slot and the odds of them being filed are very low. Thank you for taking the time to make a suggestion​
