What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will add missions exclusively for new players on the server.
Examples are
-Explore every objective on the map
-Explore every POI in base
-Spend 2 hours on the server
-Kill 10 enemies in war
Completing these missions as a new player will increase their XP/Earn them money for gun attachments and increase their stamina bar (Mastery)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows new players to learn their surroundings on any map
Can be used as a "hook" for players as they can accomplish missions keeping them in the server longer
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Removes the RP aspect of having a SNCO-CO to guide them
Will have to be coded to fit every single map
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted as the server has trouble appealing to the general newer player base. As you come into the server and really have no idea what you are supposed to do after being trained it seems like you are just dropped into the server with no guidance. Realistically SNCO's-CO's should be there to guide newer enlisted but it can't always be relied upon to have someone guiding you through the process. It is also worth keeping in mind that as a newer player you want to test out all the weapons and be able to comfortably fight in war. These basic missions can help the newer players build up their mastery quicker so they won't have stamina issues going into war. Starting off with only $5,000 can be a primary concern as this amount of money can only satisfy 1 weapon's attachments. Regiments have multiple SMGS/AR's so it seems unreasonable to start off with practically no money. In general if the players have something to do it will promote dopamine, the more dopamine the more retention.
Side Note
These missions should be created in a way where SNCO's-CO's can tag along to help these newer enlisted do them. As this will create a better dynamic between the newer player to their regimental members/officers.
