Incident Report 33-E.
Incident takes place at Site-▇▇ located an undisclosed location in North-eastern Africa. At the request of Executive Darby ▇▇▇▇▇, a researcher operating out of a sister site in the far north of Canada, one SCP-208 was requisitioned for an inter-departmental experiment on the anomalous radiation that naturally exudes from the subject in the pursuit of a project pertaining to the pacification of Reality Bending personnel and entities. To accomplish this, D-Class were provided in a secure cell that exhibited signs of acute memory loss as well as traces of reality bending phenomena. The researcher then brought in SCP-208 and asked it to heal their fractured mind. Unbeknownst to the SCP, an attempt to alter the magnetic pulse field of 208 was made by the researcher, whom has long been a member of the Foundation Thaumatological department. This led to an event occurring that shall be henceforth referred to as 33-E-001.During 33-E-001, several events take place simultaneously.
First, all surveillance equipment in and around the room cease functioning permanently.
The D-Class that was the subject of this experiment was later found in a state of matter closer to inanimate, having been stripped to the bone of his outer layers of skin and the bones beneath replaced by solid stone indigenous to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ area of the ▇▇▇ Nile river. Further analysis produced small almost indecipherable glyphs embedded within the bones' surface.
Finally, Darby was reported to have lost consciousness for the duration of 33-E-001. During this time his body experienced a Class-2 anomalous event. (See Addendum 002) His body, previously of below-average build for a Caucasian male of his age, changed in both molecular nature and physical appearance to resemble that of a basenji, a common breed of canine. The change seems to have affected mostly the visible portions of his body, while the musculoskeletal system remains largely unchanged, save for an overall increase in body proportions by 8.79%. In addition, the cranial region has experienced intense swelling and deformation to both bones and flesh alike.
Psychoanalysis following 33-E-001 revealed discrepancies with Darby's mood. While he still falls well-within expected guidelines for personnel of his clearance level, there are observed adjustments to established patterns. Self-confidence seems to have increased quite a bit, and his pro-active humanitarian tendencies seem to have developed into needs that border on the obsessive, particularly when it comes to the elevation of his junior staff members. Further psychological screening is recommended from ▇▇▇▇▇ when possible to verify positive results.
