Accepted Increase passive income for Researchers

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Increase the passive income that you earn but for Research roles. Double it.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Unsure.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Incentivise activity on the Research role. It is a core position on the server and the roleplay behind the entire SCP Universe.
- Draws players away from combative roles and encourages more passive roleplay.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Could end up with some AFKers for money, but call staff.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion was done by Pennington (UK DoR) and I heavily agree with it.

Research is the core part of this server's roleplay and in my opinion a department that sets the standards for if roleplay is healthy or not. Recently, combative roleplay has been so obnoxiously dominant, research has had very little opportunity to flourish within this server.

Secondly, Captain's earn more than Executives. How does this even make sense where you'd hire the most educated scientists in the world?

Also adding the fact being an executive researcher is just as hard and important as other JR CL4 jobs but they get lower salaries than the rest of CL4 members and even sometimes having less / the same as CL3 members. Another thing is the fact that they add more RP than other people in the server.
