Discord name: S1 Peter (username s1peter)
For how long have you played on CG SCP: 400ish hours I'd say, I had 200ish hours on Gmod before I joined the server, now I'm at 630.
Age: 19
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: US East
Character name(s): Sledge [HH-3 SPC] [A-6 PVT] (Foundation), Peter "Smoke" (CI)
Civilian name: _Dave_ but I don't play civi
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?:
- Yes, and am currently getting a better one
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- This will hopefully be my first whitelisted role
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-Yes, 5 warnings, ill list them below:
Sun Oct 1st, my first warning was for Fail RP: This was the first time I've ever played an RP server, so it was a learning experience.
Sun Oct 1st, my second warning was also for Fail RP: don't remember that one either but again, I was new to RP as a whole, as well as the server itself.
Sun Oct 8th I receive my first RDM warning: this one I believe was when I was playing as 912 for the first time and I killed a foundation member who had a weapon out, Staff informed me they do NOT use the wiki for 912 so my understanding of 912's rules was flawed.
Mon Oct 9th, I received my 2nd RDM warning: This one, there were 2 d class going through the checkpoint at once, one pulled a knife and I attempted to kill the one with the knife but accidently kill the 2nd one. I was also lagging horribly during the encounter and had no bodycam to prove my case; The D class provided a clip to staff and honestly, it looked like I just shot the guy for no reason since from his end it was just me staring at him and then I blow his head off (it was funny) but unfortunately, it was the only warning I received that I believe I didn't deserve but I understand why it was given to me.
Mon Oct 16th, I receive my 3rd Fail RP warning: No idea what I did to be honest, I'm 90% sure it was for combat cuffing because at this point, I was certainly an IA agent.
Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
-I wish to further enforce the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Legal Codex and teach other players how to abide by foundational standards.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
-I've been an Agent for majority of my time and frequently study the necessary documents required for the job. I also assist other agents/operatives whenever I can, whether it be for clarifications or their arrests.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
-I've written a couple arrest reports and a handful of interrogation reports for DEA and plan on writing many more. A good arrest report follows the template located on the corkboard inside IA offices. An interrogation report I file it as an "incident report" via the clipboard, make it classified, I list the intruder's name, personnel involved, the signatures of myself and the DEA agent(s) involved, and the exact dialogue of the conversation.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
-Enforce the Legal Codex, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics. Train others to become agents/operatives, oversee certain tests when agents/operatives are unavailable such as SCP-1162 or SCP-427.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Sledge AKA Peter Collins was formerly a police officer, working for the state of Ohio. He was an officer for a few years until he decided to join the military since he felt he was not doing enough; he joined the US army with the intent of becoming an MP, but his CO believed he was more fit for infantry, Collins accepted this compromise and climbed up to Corporal, he was assigned to a team and was given the nickname "Sledge" by his comrades since he was the designated breacher.
The position didn't stick, but the name did, Sledge didn't really enjoy the job as it wasn't fulfilling and more dangerous than he was tolerant of. He requested to be transferred and trained to become military police. He was given this opportunity and passed training with few problems.
After a few years of being an MP he was given an extremely unfortunate circumstance: After being told to report to the commandant's office, Peter entered 5 minutes early, something he often did. A man in a green suit was talking with the commandant. Peter overheard the man; he was looking for the best officer who was willing to sacrifice everything to join a secret organization.
Peter was discovered after that, the commandant was shaken, and had a very sad reaction. The commandant's face read "I'm sorry, but I have to do this", he reached in his pocket, but the man stops him. The man asks the commandant how effective Officer Collins is, he replies: "The best, he's the most honest man you'll ever meet. He's strict, but fair, and is the first to admit when he's done wrong. He passed training with a few bumps in the road, but has been mostly flawless."
The man replies: "Mostly?"
The commandant clarifies: "well, he saw a high-ranking official doing something they weren't supposed to do and he acted impulsively and arrested them instead of informing me first." "We later learned he was convicted of treason in a military court, dishonorably discharged, and sent to federal prison." "If it weren't for Officer Collins' impulsiveness, they'd never have been caught. I personally conducted the investigation after the arrest and they confessed to everything, it was an exception I was proud to make for Collins."
*Collins can't help but feel proud and honored, he salutes the commandant*
The man asks Collins: "Officer Collins, do you have any family?
"Not anymore Sir" Replied Collins
*The man motions to elaborate*
"I'm divorced, have been for 3 years. My ex-wife and I are on good terms, but she just couldn't bear with me being away from her all the time. We went our separate ways, we haven't talked, we've grown apart so much to the point where it's pointless to even talk."
"No kids? Friends?"
"No kids, few friends from my days as a cop and the one's I've made here in the service."
The man's eyes widen, as if he has found what he had been searching for: "Officer Collins, I have an opportunity for you, just know that if you accept, you will not be able to contact anyone from the outside world under any circumstances. You'll be devoting your life to this position, enforcing rules, adhering to the departmental protocols and procedures, escorting personnel to safety, many of which are already familiar and trivial to you. Just know that there is no going back, you'd be giving it your absolute all."
Collins replies "I'd enjoy nothing more; I have little to lose and so much I want to give."
*The man extends his hand and nods at the commandant*
Right as Collins extends his hand out to shake the man's hand, the commandant swiftly takes out a syringe from his pocket and injects Collins in the neck with an unknown substance.
Collins' vision blurs and slowly fades, the last thing he sees is the commandant giving a stern salute before he loses consciousness.
Collins wakes up inside Site 65, sitting in a chair with a meal sitting Infront of him and the man in the green suit, he introduces himself as Assistant.
*Collins waits, expecting the Assistant to elaborate further*
"Just call me "Assistant", if you need to reach me, use one of the phones and dial this number. From now on, you are part of the SCP foundation, everything you were is gone, your friends in the service and your time as a police officer no longer remember you. You're now "Cadet Peter Collins" of GSD, you'll report to your captain when this is over.
*The assistant drops a mound of textbooks, all softcover and neatly stacked Infront of him*
"These are what you will be expected to follow, they are "The Code of Conduct, The Code of Ethics, The Legal Codex, The GSD Handbook, and finally, everything you need to know about the foundation, who we are, what we do, and who/what we protect. You will be expected to follow all the guidelines and departmental procedures in all of the respective books. The last one detailing our existence is more optional than the rest, you're only required to read the first few pages but other than that, read extensively."
"Good luck, and you better eat, you haven't eaten in a couple days" says the assistant before he gets up and leaves.
*2 hours later* (At this point, the meal has been finished and Collins read mostly all that was needed to be read)
*A GSD captain walks into the room*
"Cadet Collins, I've been told you're ready to take the test, you'll have one hour. If you pass, I'll introduce myself, show you around the facility (within reason of course) and show you where you'll be stationed. Fail, and you won't remember anything, and you'll be taken back to your prior position as an MP. Understood?"
"Yes Captain"
"Good! Let's get this over with."
*1-hour passes*
"Alright, times up, let's see how ya did."
*The captain quickly skims the pages, almost as if he had already made up his mind*
"Congratulations Cadet Collins, you've passed"!
Collins quickly climbed up the ranks in GenSec, earning a rank of Officer, a CL 3 position and one he'd maintain until he became an Internal Affairs Agent, under the supervision of Ambassador Cornelius, where he is at now. He is rumored to be extremely strict when enforcing Slander violations.
