I believe that I have a good understanding of how the research division operates and what it takes to be an executive. My goal is to further develop my skills as a researcher and I see the role of an executive as a great opportunity for growth in this field. Moreover, it would enable me to provide support to fellow researchers in finding their path within our organization.

I believe that my knowledge and experience in both the research division and conducting high-quality experiments are extensive. This is evident through my creation of more than 10 documents detailing such experiments. Furthermore, I have actively engaged in discussions about executive responsibilities with senior researchers and Jr researchers. When colleagues and researchers were starting out, I offered assistance by answering their questions.
