What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number): Any that are available, The reason this application is being put in is because I have been in my position as Director of Research for almost the same amount of time as I have been on the server, however I feel that I am a better administrator than an hands on Director. It is were I have the most experience, also I have a very good skill to adapt and overcome to any position that is needed.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?: I am a very competent individual who has proven before and again to be a reliable person to handle situations and find solutions. I have worked closely with a handful of the current O-5s and can handle the role as an administration type role. Also outside the game I was a US Marine and achieved the rank of Sergeant and can handle stressful situations if needed.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?: The O5 Council is to manage and run the Foundation as well as manage certain departments of the Site on the server, their position is to be the head of the chain of command for departments as well as be the deciding factor when situations above the department heads arise.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?): The O5 Council can handle applications for Department leadership pertaining to their department unless it is dealing with other O5 applications, the O5-1 is the one who handles those applications.

Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in: I would have Ithresh Haywood have an On-Site 'Accident' as the director of Research and have him move up as the newest member of the O5 council. His past was that of a prior marine who served as an Intelligence Analyst for five years and used his GI College Bill to get a master's degree in Bioengineering and Biology. However, he was unable to hit a solid job and ended up being scouted by the Foundation in a small Biology lab in Maryland. Once Recruited Ithresh was sent Site-83, which was a more laid-back relaxed facility only housing minor Safe entities. His Military work ethic allowed him to quickly move to being one of the Site's senior researchers however, he was pulled to handle a more dangerous site, that of Site 56. At Site-56, he was brought to the Director of Research position and used this spot to revamp and organize the department. Following his continued hard work and dedication to the Foundation the powers that be determined he would be better suited for a higher role and staged an 'Accident' which resulted in his death but in reality, he was brought into a room with like-minded black suit wearing gentlemen and his new life started.
