What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have been in E11 for nearly 5 months and been a major for nearly 2 Months During that time I been in charge of a lot of situation including Promoting and demoting people being the punishment officer handle anything from Strikes to blacklists I have had to promote various Events for E11 and Rally people to get on and prepare them with the necessary knowledge they need to succeed and thrive. Within my First Month of being a LT I was given the Title of FRC-1 the lead chemist I had to make numerous documents for the subreg as well as set up meetings with different foundation Senior personnel after Front runners fell I had to rebrand Frontrunner chemist into toxicologists which meant i had to create a lot of new documents and meet with SA a few times in order to get them approved . This gives me experience with meeting with Senior CL4 staff personnel and handling policy changes.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Handle permits & documents
- Authorizing KOS past airlock & AA when needed
- Heavily enforcing the Code of Conduct
- Working with and completing orders given by the 05
- Working beside A-1
- Making sure Departments & Regiments are up to par
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I would like to become a OSA because it would open up a lot of new areas of RP for me. it would also help me to further understand what the Overseers Do so when I eventually go for it I will be a bit more knowledgeable. Being a noncombative assistance is always something I've wanted to do since i started the server almost over a year ago.
