Background:
Early Beginings:
Mike Harper was Born in Louisville, Kentucky to a Middle Class Family. Upon Graduating High School his dream was to become an Astronaut when he was growing up.
His Family could not afford his education or the debt that came with it, Therfore Mike Harper enlisted in the Marine Corps to eliminate the financial problem.
Early Career:
After finishing his Basic Training, He Joined Force Reconnaissance and 6 months later deployed to Afghanistan in 2010.
He Served 3 Years in the U.S Marine Corps until he was given a Honorable Discharge.
First Contact with the Anomalous:
After being Discharged and finishing Education, Mike Harper started working for the U.S. Department of Defence.
2 Years Later he was recommended for the Occult Branch of the Department of Defence by the name of PENTAGRAM.
During his time in PENTAGRAM he joined a small Task Force Unit going by the Designation of Kilo-Bravo-Foxtrot it's task was to Recruit Thaumaturgists and Recruit/Terminate Reality Benders on US Soil.
The Task Force did Joint-Operations alongside GOC Strike Operatives on occassions specifically when it came to Terminating Reality Benders.
Foundation Contact:
Seeing How the PENTAGRAM only utilised the Anomalous for the benefit of the Country instead of the World, Mike Harper defected on March 12th, 2017.
Upon defecting he was Contacted and later Recruited by the Foundations Department of External Affairs that's when he was given his new Identity 'Jack Manning'.
After he was recruited,He started recruiting others as an Agent of the DOEA.
Personnel Analysis:
Agent Manning, is a calm and collected individual displaying minor ammounts of Cynical Behaviour.
He's Empathetic towards other people and anomalies or people affected by them.
He's most satisfied with completing his task, however gets unsatisfied when third parties get involved or get in the way of tasks.
After 5 Years of Service within the Foundation, he has shown unquestionable loyalty to the Foundation.
